BMYC Taster Weekend May 2017

Newbury Methodist Church

Updated - 31 Mar 2017 - The BMYC is holding a taster weekend on the weekend of the 5th - 7th May 2017 (the weekend after the May bank holiday)

This weekend will be in Newbury (https://goo.gl/maps/N1uzViNAXQR2) and as a taster weekend will be a great opportunity for you to invite along anyone who might be interested to try the choir out. It will also be a great opportunity to refresh ourselves with the choir's repertoire.

There will be a small concert on the Saturday (6th May) evening at 7:30pm.  The concert will be a free concert, and the choir will be joined by "Travelling Light" a local group, who will be joining the choir for a number of items as well as performing their own material.  There will be a retiring collection for the BMYC and Travelling Light

Travelling LightTravelling Light are part of the Lamps Collective >>> http://lampscollective.com/  The Lamps Collective is a charity that is all about creating and producing fabulous creative resources and high quality theatrical events.  Addressing timeless themes of faith, hope and love, their aim is that each production they create will inspire and engage as well as entertain and that they will tell their stories in fresh, fun and original ways.
